Villa "Tesoro Escondido" (Villa of the Hidden Treasure) is a luxurious home located in the exclusive development of Residential Conejos--a privately gated community of the finest homes in Huatulco. The villa is uncompromising in design, quality and comfort. The attention to detail is prevalent throughout the entire home from the marble bathrooms and granite kitchen to the colonial canterra columns. This grand two-story villa offers superb views of Conejos bay, as well as the private beach of Tejoncito from all of its rooms. This is truly a home where form and function melt seamlessly together.

Catering to all your needs, the villa is a short ride from the Huatulco International Airport, and within a few kilometers from restaurants, shopping, the golf course, the marina, the town of La Crucecita, the harbor of Santa Cruz and the newly constructed Marina Chahué. Nine of the unspoiled beaches are accessible by car. Activities, points of interest, and area excursions can be arranged through our knowledgeable Administrator who is fluent in English and is extremely familiar with the area.

High Season - November 1 to April 30:   US$1950/week
Low Season - May 1 to October 31:   US$1700/week

*Rates quoted are based on single couple (2 Adults) or single family (2 Adults + 2 Children) occupancy
*Additional families/couples/guests can be added at the rate of $650/wk per room
*Christmas and Easter rates are quoted separately
*Villa is rented in its entirety only
*Rate includes: Private daily cook, daily groundskeeping, laundry service, transportation to and from airport
*Amenities include: Complete use of private villa, private pool, access to private beach (500ft), (DSL) high speed internet service & computer, Sat TV, A/C

Terms & Conditions: 25 % deposit (cheque, money order, TT) upon receipt of registration forms - necessary to secure desired dates. Refundable damage deposit $50 US/WK. Refundable telephone deposit $50 US/WK. Remaining 75% and deposits due 30 days prior to arrival date. Damage deposits will be refunded prior to departure. Phone deposits will be refunded 30 days from departure.

Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days notice - 25% penalty of quoted rate 21-29 days notice -50% penalty of quoted rate 20 days or less notice - 100% penalty of quoted rate
