Description

This property is absolutely unique in Puerto Escondido. Centrally located near the lighthouse, it offers spectacular views and privacy at a very reasonable rental rate. La Casita is a ten minute walk to our best swimming beaches and to the Adoquín, the heart of Puerto, where you'll find restaurants, shops, ATMs and other services. The house, sited on a spacious plant and tree-filled lot on a cliff, is designed for one or two mature adults. Sorry, no children. No exceptions. The minimum stay is one week.

• A cleaning person comes once a week to clean, and to change towels and sheets. An extra set of sheets and towels are available for emergencies.
• Beach towels provided
• Complimentary initial supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid are provided.
• A gardener visits regularly, at least once a week.

• From the week following Easter vacation--November 15
  US$250 per week
  US$1000 per month

• November 15--The end of Easter vacation
  US$500 per week (one week minimum stay)
  US$2000 per month

  Special rates for stays of three months or more.

• GUESTS: Of course you may welcome responsible guests at la casita, but not for the night.
• SMOKING: Permitted only in outdoor areas.
• DRUGS: are illegal in Mexico; therefore no drug use is allowed.
