H E L P ! The Manzanillo Foreign Community Assn. A.C.   is the ONLY authorized and legally registered Civil Association in the Manzanillo area and the only C.A. that is here for you 24 hours a day with assistance, translation services, information, regular and emergency situations. You name it, we do it! Our Association is sustained by Membership and contributions for services rendered away from the H E L P ! desk. We can guide you down from the Border and into Mexico with ease and comfort even though you do not speak the language.

H E L P ! is into it's sixth year with great success in assisting everyone with the latest laws pertaining to foreigners who live and visit the area. As a member you will receive our tri-semester newsletter, "As The Palapa Spins", ("Como Gira La Palapa") which continually informs you with weather, earthquake, events, problems that people face on the other side of the Frontier and how we resolve them. We also connect you up with the best services at hand, professional and otherwise, who support our Association and want to give you the best attention possible, in English or Spanish.

We are proud to add the Zihuatanejo, Guerrero Branch of H E L P ! Members prepared to come to your aid south of Manzanillo, Colima. We have members as far away as France.

All the Orphanages and Rest Home for the Indigent Aged in our area belong to our Association because we connect them up with members and visitors who wish to donate their economic support and service to those less fortunate.

H E L P ! is still the only C.A. in the area that entertains the humblest of children at Christmas with an unforgettable celebration. This was our Sixth year with over 256 children from the barrios in and around the Manzanillo, Colima area.

Belonging to H E L P ! is like having an inexpensive Insurance Policy that there is someone here to care for your needs south of the border. Whether it be to obtain your FM-3, FM-2, or Naturalization, known as Dual Citizenship, we are here to assist you every step of the way!
