Description

Casa Hanson is a waterfront paradise designed by architect Alejandro Lazareno Cravioto. This original large 2-story, 2-bedroom house is situated on one of 3 scenic canals in beautiful Barra de Navidad. The newly constructed Mexican style adobe home has extra sleeping room both up and down, very comfortable with plenty of room to spare. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and there is also a double futon and a single cot. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 - 3 kids in total. All bedding and towels are provided.

There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one on the main floor. Both have fridge, stove, coffee pots, blender, dishes and main floor kitchen also has a stove. Private pool, 2-car locked garage, rooftop palapa, 2 decks on the 2nd floor. Outdoor gas BBQ and fire pit, TV/DVD in each bedroom, wireless internet, portable fans (air conditioning not necessary due to the gentle breeze off the water).

We are within a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, shopping and taxi service as well as both the Pacific ocean for swimming and surfing and the lagoon for a gentler swim; Tours are provided through several downtown locations as well as great fishing charters. There is a drug store and cold beer at the end of Astilleros (our street).
