Harvey's was located on the beach in back of a small shopping center at Gómez Farias and Venustiano Carranza, next to the Hotel Monterrey. Harvey offered up burgers using ground tenderloin and homemade buns. The restaurant has since reverted to Cesar & Charlie's.
