The Casa Hoffa is a luxurious 1,835 sq. ft., 3rd-floor (elevator), fully-furnished vacation residence in the newly constructed Sueño del Mar condominiums. Construction completion is scheduled for December 15, 2008 with rentals commencing on February 1, 2009.
The Casa Hoffa offers a master (king) and a guest (queen) bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with filtered drinking water, breakfast bar, dining and living rooms, and 2 gracious terraces directly overlooking the translucent Chahue Bay and majestic Sierra Madre mountains. Guest amenities include but are not limited to a swimming pool & Jacuzzi, exercise and yoga/meditation rooms, and housekeeping services. A private gate provides guests with access to the beach and beach-walk promenade, tranquil luscious gardens and a neighboring full-service spa. The state-of-the-art Marina Chahue is within 5 minutes stroll and offers boating, fishing, and additional water-based sports and sightseeing. There are sumptuous restaurants, exciting and diverse nightlife activities, and great shopping in the nearby villages and 4- and 5-star hotels. Most venues and attractions are a quick walk, bike ride, or (thrifty) taxi drive from the Casa Hoffa. Bahías de Huatulco is serviced by an International Airport that is less than 20 minutes away. Optional cooking, concierge, laundry, telephone and Internet services are also available.
Bahías de Huatulco is a charming community in the southern state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Though little known to U.S. citizens, Bahías de Huatulco is a popular destination for Canadians, Europeans, and Mexico’s elite. It is emerging as an eco-friendly, green environment with 42,000 acres of preserved forest and features 9 bays & 36 beaches along the Pacific Coast, allowing visitors to enjoy pristine beaches and ocean waters, unspoiled views, and mountains, jungles and rivers. Nearby villages include Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. The bays are named Santa Cruz, Chahue, Tangolunda, Conejos, Chacahual, Cacaluta, San Agustin, El Organo and Maguey.
Because of Huatulco's close proximity to the state capital, Oaxaca (an economical, 30 minute flight by single-engine plane), as well as to the fabulous villages of Mitla, Monte Alban, Teotitlán, Yagul, Arbol De Tule and Juchitan, visitors are offered a diversity of cultures and activities ranging from beaches and spas to sports and dancing to modern museums and pre-Columbian archeological sites to galleries and gourmet delights to gay festivals and relaxation!
