The rental program is operated very similarly to a "bed and breakfast" type situation, as you will have exclusive use of your unit, and access to the common areas.
5 large segregated bedroom suites with separate private entries, each with 2 queen and 1 twin bed, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, satellite TV system, large dressing/shower area and 2 balconies overlooking the Pacific ocean on one side and Playa Tejoncito, a beautiful safe, private swimming beach to the east. (2 minute walk from the villa). Each suite, as well as the main portion of the home, has its own air conditioning unit.
The primary living unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV/VCR, dining room, 1/2 bath, a large balcony above the palapa bar and two swimming pools with cascading waterfall. Above the three-car garage, you will find a lounging area with a spa. The rooftop garden will offer unlimited 360° visibility with fabulous views of the ocean and the nearby mountains. The fully-equipped open-air palapa bar is conveniently located poolside with 1/2 bath and an outside shower.

$80 - $150 per night per suite. Contact owner for details.
- Visa/Mastercard accepted.
- A reservation deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required to secure the selected dates.
- Balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- A security deposit in the amount of one night's stay will be held by rental agent until inspection of the property and return of all keys. Deposit shall be refunded if the property is left in satisfactory condition.
- A rental confirmation form will be sent to tenant via e-mail, fax, or standard mail upon verification of deposit.
- Cancellation policy as follows:
If cancellation occurs in more than 45 days, we will give a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
If cancellation occurs within 22 to 45 days of rental, 50% of the total rent is refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 22 days of rental, the deposit is not refunded.
If we are successful in re-renting the property, we will give a full refund minus a $100.00 fee.
