Vlla Santa Barbara is a vacation home situated on the end corner of Barra's first canal (the canal with boat launch) on the waterfront. It offers 3 self-contained suites, a private pool, palapa with bar, outdoor kitchen with built in gas barbeque, outdoor bathroom with shower and a private 50 foot dock. It has views everywhere and looks directly over to the Grand Bay Hotel. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach or you can take a boat from your own private dock. There is plenty of secured parking on the property.

Suite No. 1: Sleeps 4. King size bed or 2 singles with private bedroom and 2 pull outs in living room.There is a large kitchen with island,private bath, and living room with large accordian doors opening out to terrice close to canal. Has use of all ammenitites.

Suite No. 2: Sleeps 2. Kingsize bed or 2 singles, Kithenette and private bath. Comes with huge accordian doors opening to pool and terrice with views everywhere.Has use of all ammenities.

Penthouse Suite Perfect for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 king size bed,views from every room,full kitchen with built indoor/outdoor kitchen. It stands alone and is separated from the other suites by the palapa. Our newest two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse suite is perfect for two couples and can accommodate one person on the couch. It has a full kitchen, indoor/outdoor built in BBQ and a huge covered and uncovered deck.

It has the one of the best views in Barra of mountains, ocean and the town. It is a great place to sit back in the tropical breeze with your favorite beverage and watch the sun come up or go down. Like the other suites, it comes with everything needed for a perfect vacation! It will be completed Jan 1st, 2009.
