The Villa:

    Villa Maya is a new first-class 2-storey villa situated in an exclusive oceanfront mediteranean style village of exquisite beauty with the name of Sueno Real (Royal Dream)

    The villa offers 2500 sq.ft. of luxury and comfort with all marble floors and fine wood craftmanship throughout. In ground floor is the fully eqipped full size kitchen with breakfast area, an airconditioned formal dining room for eight persons, indoor living room with satelite TV and wet bar and an outdoor open air palapa living room next to the private pool.

    In top floor are two king size, airconditioned ocean view master bedrooms with luxury en-suite marble bathrooms and one queen size bedroom with full size en-suite marble bathroom. An additional small guest room with single bed and bathroom is in ground floor.

Rental Rates:
    High Season - November 15, 2006 - April 30, 2007:   US$550/day, $3300/week
    Low Season - May 1 to November 14, 2007:   US$350/day, $2200/week
    Christmas and Easter holidays 2007/2008 - December 16, 2007 - January 5, 2008; April 1 - April 14, 2007:   US$675/day, $4000/week
