Sopa de aguacate/Avocado soup

    1/2 kilo of avocados
    1 small garlic clove
    1/2--1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
    1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
    Juice of 1/2 lime
    1 cup of natural yogurt
    1/2 cup of milk
    Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients in the blender, cover tightly and chill in refrigerator for two - three hours minimum. Serves 3-4.
