Espaguetis con Limón

    1 small package of spagetti noodles
    2 tablespoons butter
    6 key limes, squeezed
    1 clove fresh garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta in boiling water. Drain.

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the juice from the limes and then the garlic. Simmer until reduced by 1/2.

Add the pasta, turn to coat with lime mixture. Garnish with more lime juice and Parmesan.
