"Copyright As I Understand It"

Everything on the Web Site "http://www.realoaxaca.com" belongs to me, Stan Gotlieb, and may not be reproduced without my express permission.

This is true also for materials that I have created which have already been reproduced elsewhere, whether with or without my permission.

Where my material is reproduced on another site, I retain all copyright to the reproduced material; the site design, etc., is of course the property of the site itself.

Having said that, permission is not hard to get: just email me and tell me what you want to do with it, and if it isn't a way for you to make money off my work without paying me a share, then chances are very good I will say "go ahead".

However, make no mistake about it: I will vigorously persecute anyone who doesn't come to me first, before reproducing my work; or who, having gotten permission on a no-profit understanding, later makes a profit from using my material and doesn't voluntarily share that profit with me.

This statement also covers the work of Diana Ricci, on which, for consideration, I hold copyright.
