 A closer look at lighthouse and sunbowl on Punta Farallón. Apparently the builder is unconcerned about the effect of obstructing the view of the lighthouse beacon for approaching naval craft.

 Here's what you can do should you find yourself with too much money. I thought I was photographing a half-completed spherical villa but that was not the case. This is a finished "sunbowl", a facility for observing and celebrating the sun. Personally, I have been able to do this quite effectively, I thought, from the shade of a palapa, but this concrete device is supposed to possess superior powers.
